Love Wednesdays

Good afternoon friends. Hope everyone is having a nice week so far! It is a rainy day here, but I don't mind.

Wednesdays are a favorite day of the week for me. In the morning I attend a ladies bible study group. We have a wonderful group of women, all different ages and backgrounds. Right now we have about 14 members.  My Mom is one of the members, she joined a couple years ago, it is so nice having her in the group. We are almost finished with Beth Moore's study on Esther.  What a great bible study, I highly recommend it.

Wednesday evenings I help teach the Rainbow Club at our church, this is for children ages 3-5. I have only been doing this since January, so I am still in the the learning phase.  I love these kids, they are so precious and I look forward to seeing them on Wednesday evenings. It is also great to connect with the parents and getting to know families in the church.

We had a beautiful Easter, celebrating Jesus' Resurrection!  I am so thank for all that the Lord has done for us.  Church was awesome, lots of wonderful music,  festivities and of course a great word from Pastor George!
After church was dinner at our house. Turkey dinner with all the usual side dishes and the food others brought. YUM, it was like Thanksgiving all over again plus lots of candy. hee hee

Here are a few pics from Sunday.

Take care everyone and be blessed!

  1. Hi Pam! Sounds like you had a picture perfect Easter! I almost did a turkey, but went with roast beef. And we too have LOTS of candy! I just ate my last Cadbury Creme Egg. :-( My favorite egg. :-) Loved all the photos that you shared too. Fmaily is such a blessing!

3-5 is such a sweet age. They can say the cutest things, & their faith is so pure. I wish I could bring Emily to visit your class. Wouldn't that be neat? Love you Pam! Sending big hugs!

  2. Hi Pam, I use to teach the 4&5 year olds. I remember Renee being in my group and telling the kids "that's my mommy." Your turkey dinner sounds yummy. Thanks for leaving me a tag. Have a great evening. Hugs

  6. Hi Pam honey, so wonderful to hear from you! The Easter dinner sounds so wonderful, my Mom used to make us some wonderful Easter dinners. You have a very lovely family.
The bathroom makeover looks wonderful. Dan sure is quite the carpenter. Rex is too. The cabinets are beautiful! I have the double sinks and the one mirror in my master bath too, and the think I truly miss the most is a medicine cabinet! It's hard to dig through the drawers and/or bend down to get things out from underneath. Oh well, can't complain.
    Hope doggies are doing well!
Your Bible study groups sound wonderful. I tried to join one here in the Meetup groups a few months ago, and with my luck they cancelled the group lol
Have a wonderful week and week-end coming ♥
It's always so pretty in here ♥♥♥
