We were hit with a major ice storm/snow storm February 20-21. Here are a few pics, this shows just a tiny bit of what it was really like around here! We are thanking the Lord for His protection!
There were many trees/limbs down, power lines and poles broken, etc.
For us, the power went out about 2am on the 21st and came back on around 6pm on the 23rd.
This was down the street, Kelly took the pic on her phone.
Our local fire dept. came around to check on everyone.
They also passed out these fliers...
Thankfully, we have a generator that kept our furnace running. We were safe and warm.
Many thanks to our city workers, firefighters, and all of the utility workers!!

Well, I think that's enough for now. I would really like to keep up better with my blog. It's a great way to look back and remember things that have happened, to keep track of things.
