It has been a month filled with Christmas cookies, candy, so many goodies.
I am ready to make a decision, a choice to eat healthier.
It is time to nourish my body to feel better and lose some weight.
I am researching a couple different options.
I will share here and blog occasionally about my new eating style
once I make an educated decision!

Hi Pam! Oh I made resolutions one year and I could not stick with them all year. I did make it well into the Summer though...so not horrible. I will probably not make any.
