Watching and waiting for Spring, that's what I am doing and today is a perfect preview! We are having lovely weather, sunny and the temperature is 70 degrees. Gorgeous!
Already we are seeing robins.
Our lilac trees are starting to show green and many of the spring flowers are coming up. Each season brings it's own beauty and Spring is certainly a beautiful time of renewal.
I can't wait to get outside and start gardening projects.
I love fresh flowers and I need to have them in the house more often. The last time I had them was for Valentine's Day, the beautiful bouquet of roses, lilies and carnations that Dan gave me.
Of course they don't last forever, but I tried to salvage them as long as possible. Below you see how I had three nice flowers left, so I cut them down and put them in my mini milk bottle crate. So cute!
Of course this pic was taken a couple weeks ago, the flowers are long gone now.
Have a happy week.

ReplyDeleteHi Pam! Glad to hear it's so spring like. The flowers are lovely. Sadie says it' springlike in England so I hope Justin has nice weather.
ReplyDeleteHi Pam, What a great job you did keeping the flowers going. I love fresh flowers, wish I could grow them. Good to see you posting. I have your url wrong so will go change it now. *hugs*
ReplyDeleteHi Pam,
ReplyDeleteI love Springtime also. I don't have a house where I can garden but I always have flower pots by my front door and I am looking foward to adding more flowers to the pots. Hope you have a wonderful evening. Hugs, Dru
Spring is coming here as well. We had a mild winter this year though. Last year was an awful winter and we couldn't wait for spring!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day ...
what lovely photos Pam. I have to have fresh flowers in the house, it doesn't feel right if I don't. That's the one good thing about summer (for me!), I can pick flowers from the garden any time. Love that.
ReplyDeleteHope you are well, and things are ok.
Much love
xx
How lovely! We've been having some awesome weather! It's been eighty degrees - yes 80!!! Feels more like May instead of March! Bring on the heatwave!!!
